Why did I receive a request from my supplier to pay Air8 on the invoice due date?
Occasionally, suppliers sell their receivables to banks or factoring houses to receive early payment on their invoices. If a supplier has requested for payment to be made through Air8, it means that the receivables have been sold to Air8.
What is the notice of assignment that I received from Air8?
A notice of assignment informs you, the buyer, that a particular supplier has assigned its right to receive payment for particular goods to Air8. You should not be receiving multiple notices of assignment from different financial institutions for the same transactions.
If I have an ongoing financing program with another service provider, can my supplier still obtain financing through Air8?
Air8 can complement any existing financing program provided there is no double financing. Suppliers are free to choose from the most competitive offers available to them.
I am interested in making the option of early payment available to my suppliers. Can Air8 help?
Air8 can work with you to organize an early payment program for your suppliers. For such larger scale programs, we can generally offer even more competitive rates.
